Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

Browser is a security scanning platform designed for authorized testing only. By using our service, you agree to:

• Only scan websites and domains you own or have explicit written permission to test.
• Not use the platform to attack, disrupt, or damage any system.
• Not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities discovered through our scans without proper authorization.
• Not use scan results to harm, blackmail, or extort any individual or organization.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding computer security testing.

Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is illegal in most jurisdictions and will result in immediate account termination.

2. Service Tiers

Browser offers three plans:

• Free — limited monthly scans, basic analysis, no AI expert reports.
• Pro — increased scan limits, AI summary analysis, priority processing.
• Agency — unlimited scans, full multi-expert AI analysis, PDF report export, team features.

Plan limits reset monthly. Unused quota does not carry over. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at sales@browser.uz if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Browser provides scan results on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be detected.
• We are not responsible for any damages resulting from actions taken based on scan findings.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate the acceptable use policy outlined above.
• Scan systems without authorization.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or abuse the platform.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

Upon termination, your scan data will be retained for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data before deletion.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before they take effect.
